Vendor needs to provide long-range facilities planning study services to the government authority located in New Haven, CT.
- Perform and analyze school enrollment projections, population trends, and forecasted demographics for the next ten years. the projections should consider the impact of other available educational opportunities for students such as magnet schools, the city magnet school and technical schools,
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessment and programmatic analysis to meet the goals of the 2020-2024 strategic plan learn achieve rise,
- Examine all school facilities, resources, and technology infrastructure with respect to current and future condition and capacity. this should include playgrounds, fields, parking lots, and bus lanes,
- Consider various options for grade and geographic educational grouping, configuration, and organization,
- Identify potential alternatives for reducing the district’s energy consumption and carbon footprint, including potential energy savings initiatives or renewable energy production.
