(1) Vendor needs to provide engineering services to the government authority located in Norwalk, CT.
- Paving and reconstruction of roadways, often preceded by repair or upgrade of curbs, sidewalks, and storm drainage, as needed,
- Inspection, evaluation, and maintenance of city-owned bridges,
- Providing engineering support for other city departments,
- Development and implementation of a holistic storm sewer improvements plan to mitigate flooding throughout the city,
- Provide services related to design and cost estimation for roadway reconstruction projects,
- Provide services related to design and cost estimation for storm drainage repair and improvement projects,
- Provide surveying services, including services for topographic surveys, as-built surveys, boundary surveys,
