Vendor needs to provide workers compensation and risk management third party administration services to manage the WC program in a comprehensive manner which results in a reduction of the city’s work-related accidents and illnesses, its claims, its specific claim costs and its total costs for plan administration,
- Performs third party administration of the city’s workers’ compensation claims, including claims brought under the heart and hypertension act (this includes new, arising and run-off claims).
