- Enable prospective homeowners to learn about the home buying process at a time that is most
convenient for them, whether at home or on their mobile device
- Offer a wide range of homebuyer education topics, including but not limited to: the home buying process, home affordability, including budget management; the closing process and foreclosure prevention
- Easy navigation with audio and visual learning objectives
- Curriculum must be in English and Spanish
- Capability to link with local HUD-approved housing counseling agencies
- Anticipated assessment strategies such as online quizzes and proctored exams

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
