[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide network cabling upgrades services to install horizontal data, copper telephone and fiber optic riser cabling throughout the residence buildings to the government authority located in Storrs, CT.
• New telecommunications room (TR) ladder rack, equipment racks and wire-management accessories,
• New horizontal data to work area outlets (WAOs) and associated (in-office) wire mold raceway and device plate boxes,
• Copper telephone and fiber optic riser cables,
• Horizontal and vertical sleeves throughout rooms and hallways required to place both riser and distribution cables,
• Installation of and coordination of WAPs, Network switches and power strips with the ITS network services,
• Equipment Rack grounding and bonding,
• Fire Stop through-out cable pathways,
• Furnish and install IDF Room patch cords,
• Testing and Labeling,
• As-Built drawings and records.
(2) A pre-bid conference will be held on January 20,2021.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than January 27,2021.

Onshore (US Organizations Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
