[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide plan administration and management services to retain a third-party administrator to accept applications for paid leave benefits and administer those benefits to qualified applicants. these administration services will include determining eligibility, paying claims, withholding taxes from payments where requested, answering questions from claimants and other participants, and recouping over-payments.
- Provide claims administration services. all claims under the paid leave program must be made in accordance with the authority’s governing statute. because claimants will be relying on the prompt receipt of paid leave benefits.
- A web-based system (the claims portal) to support the majority of claimant and participant interactions with the authority regarding claims.
- A claims processing system that will enable staff to log, process, adjudicate and manage all Paid Leave Program claims and provide customer support,
- API integrations between the claims portal and the claims processing system, department of revenue services and the department of labor, and other state and external systems.
(2) An optional pre-proposal conference will be held on January 27,2021.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than February 4,2021.

Onshore (US Organizations Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
