Government Authority located in Berlin, Connecticut; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for physician of record services.
[A] Budget: Looking For Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide physician of record services from independent, qualified, individual physicians, medical practices, or other healthcare entities to serve as the Physician of Record for the Town,
¬- The physician, practice or entity selected to serve the Town as its Physician of Record shall have a medical doctor and shall be capable of fulfilling the duties,
- Proposer must have demonstrated experience and expertise in regard to providing the types of, or similar, services,
- Provide industry standard or higher quality medical services to the Town, while maintaining a focus on providing a cost-effective service,
- Provide the highest quality medical treatment and customer service to the Town, not limited to, but particularly in the areas of availability, reliability and billing,
- Perform pre-employment physical and/or drug screening for new employees,
- Evaluate and treat employees for work related injuries as requested,
- Work with the Town administration on Workers Compensation cases,
- Perform required physicals as needed for Police Officers,
- Perform Return to Work evaluations as requested and
- Attend meetings with Town staff as requested to provide consult in medical matters, etc. to the government authority located in Berlin, CT.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 30, 2020.
(3) A contract term will be for three years.

Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
