[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide consultant to prepare a risk and resilience assessment and emergency response plan to the government authority located in Wallingford, CT.
- Meet with the Town to review the salient features of the Risk and Resilience Assessment (Kick off meeting).
- Review the existing Vulnerability Assessment completed circa 2003.
- The risk of the system from malevolent acts and natural hazards
- The risk of the pipes and constructed conveyances, physical barriers, source water, water collection and intake, pre-treatment, treatment, storage and distribution facilities; and electronic, computer or other automated systems (including the security of such systems) which are utilized by the drinking water system
- Strategies and resources to improve the resilience of the system, including the physical security and cybersecurity of the system.
- Plans and procedures that can be implemented, and identification of equipment that can be utilized, in the event of a malevolent act or natural hazard that threatens the ability of the community water system to deliver safe drinking water.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 8, 2020
