[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide supplemental term life insurance coverage under the supplemental benefits program to state employees program to the government authority located in Hartford, CT.
- Based upon the VAC’s recommendations, the Comptroller intends to authorize the selected vendor to market approved products and services to State employees under stipulated terms and conditions for a three-year period beginning January 1, 2021.
- The contract will include a clause that reserves the right to renew the contract for up to two additional one-year periods. The State reserves the right to award or reject any and all proposals in whole or in part, to waive technical defects, irregularities and omissions if, in its judgment the best interest of the State will be served.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 8, 2020
