[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide short term disability insurance coverage under the supplemental benefits program to State employees to the government authority located in Hartford, CT.
- Based upon the Committee’s recommendations, the Comptroller intends to authorize the selected applicants to market approved products and services to State employees and retirees under stipulated terms and conditions for a period of three years commencing January 1, 2021 and expiring December 31, 2023.
- The contract will include a clause that reserves the right to the Comptroller to renew the contract for up to two additional one- year periods at the conclusion of the contract term. This right will be exercised solely at OSC’s discretion.
- The State reserves the right to award or reject any and all proposals in whole or in part, to waive technical defects, irregularities and omissions if, in its judgment, the best interest of the State will be served.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 8, 2020
