[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide radiation oncology specialty billing services
- A full service revenue cycle and specialty billing firm to handle the entire billing process for the technical component of radiation oncology services and provide recommendation of process improvement,
- Responsible for prior-authorizations, coding, including modifiers to ensure the accuracy of claims sent out,
- understand the anticipated claims volume is based on 125 patients visits per week,
- Ensuring correct coding including modifiers,
- Billing all type of payers (government, private and self-pay),
- Handle including charging and coding all payers inclusive of: commercial, government- Medicare and Medicaid, third party payers, self-pay.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 24, 2020.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
