[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide application maintenance services or the District’s SAP system and related applications.
- Some of the key responsibilities of the bet are: Internal Business and IT relationship management, Lead and Own the efforts around documentation of business requirements, processes and business outcomes, Own/Manage the support and project portfolio, Own/Manage business and technology Roadmap, Own/Manage the Solution Architecture, Own/Manage the Governance around support and project portfolio, Prioritize incidents, change requests and projects, Govern the SAP operational activities, SAP AMS supplier management,
- Application Maintenance Service Requirements: Production Support Management, Transition management, Enhancement Management,
- list of currently supported applications, which include:
- Application and SAP Modules: List of interfaces, SAP modules and integrated applications that are in scope, along with an indication of business criticality. Exceptions of where not in scope is also called out,
- Integrated Business Processes: List of the integrated business processes that are in scope,
- SAP Components: List of SAP software components along with version details,
- Volume Data: an indication of the business transaction volumes,
- SAP Landscape: the landscape at MDC,
- Reports: List of reports that are in production at the time of this RFP release,
- Interface management: List of interfaces that are in scope and its related details,
- CEFW: list of Conversation, Enhancement, Forms and Workflow objects with its relative complexity.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 3, 2020.

Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
