Government Authority located in Connecticut; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for sewer billing and collection services.
[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide sewer billing and collection for approximately 16,000 customers in the town.
- Billing (including printing, folding and mailing) will be performed on a quarterly basis, based on water consumption data provided by the town’s two local water suppliers, the hazard vile water company and water company.
- In addition, there are approximately 530 customers who utilize a private well for water supply who will be billed based on an average water consumption calculation supplied to the vendor by the town.
- The vendor will establish an account manager who will be responsible for the sewer billing and collection services for the town, and to serve as the primary point of contact for town staff.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Jul 6, 2020

Onshore (US organization Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
