[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide elevator maintenance and service on an as needed basis to the government authority located in Greenwich, CT.
- Ensure proper car operation.
- Provide any mechanical or electrical adjustment to the elevator.
- Clean and lubricate all elevators parts and supply all the material required.
- All parts will be repaired or replaced as necessary.
- Program elevator emergency telephones to proper monitoring location.
- Contractor shall provide written evaluation of the performance of each elevator.
- Contractor shall keep the elevator maintenance chart and a copy of the last written evaluation in the machine room, documenting maintenance at each site.
- The Contractor shall provide service for non-scheduled repairs such as a non-functioning elevator, repairs required by the State Elevator Inspector, and repairs as a result of monthly, quarterly or annual inspections and tests.
