[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide sufficient organization, personnel and management to perform project management services. to the government authority located in Stamford, CT.
- A review of the best practices for school facilities management and school construction in Fairfield County, including but not limited to Greenwich, Darien, New Canaan, Norwalk, Fairfield, and such other Fairfield County school districts, if any, which the PM determines would provide useful best
practices for comparison
- Comparing such practices to the practices presently in effect in SPS and determining a high-level plan for improvement on each metric.
- A comparative analysis of the cost of facilities management in the Stamford and the Target Schools school districts for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2019. The goal is to derive an average maintenance cost per square foot for each district.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than March 3, 2020
