Government Authority located in New Britain, Connecticut; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for computer aided dispatch and police records management systems.
[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide and implement a start-of-the-art, integrated computer aided dispatch or records management system and mobile data solution product. The fully integrated system shall include a computer aided dispatch system, records management system, report writing, mobile field reporting, training management system, property module, canine module, and connectivity to local fire and emergency medical services (EMS) systems, county and state agency systems, and additional modules listed to the government authority located in New Britain, CT.
- The Vendor shall provide a system that:
• Includes a single comprehensive and completely integrated system that supports and enhances the functionality of the current CAD/RMS systems.
• Provides a high level of system security with appropriate data encryption.
• Optimizes productivity, improves data efficiency and eliminates redundancies.
• Allows for efficient and expeditious call entry
• Ensures the efficient and effective deployment of resources to calls for services.
• Includes a tow module that accommodates all tow capabilities.
• Allows for efficient data searching from both the CAD/RMS systems for addresses, names, vehicles, etc. that includes all related data.
• Enhances the searching and field reporting capabilities of mobile units.
• Accommodates a staff with varying levels of computer proficiency.
• Reduces potential liabilities of the agencies involved with the system.
• Provides data conversion required for the project to be completed in accordance with best practices in the industry and approved by the City.
• Performs comprehensive crime analysis utilizing analysis tools that support individual and department accountability.
• Provides flexible reporting capabilities to extract and/or create ad hoc reports to enhance service to the community.
• A strong quality assurance function for call intake, dispatch, and shift supervision functions is desired.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 10, 2020.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Onsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
