(1) Vendor needs to provide on-call public private partnership advisory services consultants will be available for selection by the agency to perform comprehensive real estate advisory services in the areas of redevelopment, mixed-use development, affordable housing, transit-oriented development, tax incentive programs, public infrastructure and brownfields, including market analysis, financial feasibility analysis, highest and best use analysis, economic impact analysis, stakeholder engagement and presentations, public policy analysis, other project-based real estate and financial advisory services
to the government authority located in Norwalk, CT.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 2, 2020.
(3) Contract period will be for three years.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
