[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide transcript exchange services, banner product for their student information system,
- Ability to have system integrated into current SIS, allowing students to make transcript request via student portal,
- Ability to send transcript images archived in institutions document imaging systems,
- Ability to push electronic transcript data into SIS, must integrate with Banner and Jenzabar. Vendor must provide detailed descriptions and demonstrate the interface,
- Ability to allow institutions SIS to process transcript request via batch,
- Ability for e-transcript receivers to archive and electronically maintain the file in its original format, in compliance with document retention schedules,
- Ability for incoming e-transcripts to be automatically downloaded by each institution in a format that supports import into a document imaging and workflow system, to assist institutions with indexing incoming transcripts to their imaging system,
- Ability to electronically replicate the layout and visual representation of an institution’s current official transcript format,
- Ability to automatically download XML and PDF documents via SFTP by the receiving institution,
- Ability to transmit data over SSL,
- Ability to dictate how long a transcript will be available for download,
- Ability to guarantee the delivery of electronic format within 24 hours and 1 to 2 weeks for mailed transcripts,
- Ability for both the requestor and the sending institution to track /report/notify of request status,
- Ability to automatically notify administrators of any potential “problem” transcript request.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
