[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide secondary advisory services to the potential disposition or acquisition of private market assets through secondary transactions to the government authority located in Hartford, CT.
- Evaluate the holdings in the private market portfolio.
- Provide a recommendation(s) on the potential sale of certain of private market holdings to assist the CRPTF in achieving the objectives outlined in Section I.
- Prepare for and manage the marketing of the final Designated Holdings,
- Manage and execute the sale of all, or certain, of the Designated Holdings, and
- Provide on-going advice and counsel to the Treasurer and the CIO regarding the sale or purchase of private assets through the secondary market.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 7, 2020.
(3) Contract period will be for eight years.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
