[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide consultation services to provide the town with realistic recommendations on appropriate and financially feasible options for re-purposing the site and the buildings on the property and to provide expert advice on the disposition, potential development, and reuse of the farms property to the government authority located in Wethersfield, CT.
- Research and analysis
- Conducting community meetings seeking input and presenting findings and options
- Preparing a preliminary report outlining potential options for the property and strategies for proceeding
- Presenting findings and final recommendations in a final report
- The consultant will assist the town in formulating a real estate development strategy for the possible options
- The consultant should be able to provide possible conceptual plans and renderings of potential re-use
(2) All question must be submitted no later than January 13, 2020.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
