[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide integrated financial management, human resources and payroll system able to provide software solutions, project management services, installation services, training, hardware implementation (if required), and data conversion services.

business data critical to their operations
- easy-to-use, comprehensive, and reliable
- easy access to complete, timely, and reliable financial, human resources and payroll information as required
- To establish a common database for the processing and tracking of all financial and personnel information
- Identify a software solution that allows for future growth and expansion.
- able to maintain employee’s personal information including employee pay rates according to tenured and nontenured experience, sick time, vacation time, and any other paid time off.
- able to maintain customized personnel information by adding custom fields for employee’s record such as evaluations and job performance
- allow the organizations to create their own unique sets of report
- implementing a content/document management solution to capture, manage, and archive electronic files.
- allow users access to both summary and detail information within the system in a “drill-down” fashion to support the “data mining” concept so critical to the organizations’ operations.
(2) An optional pre-bid teleconference will be held on October 8, 2019.
(3) All questions must be submitted in writing no later than October 8, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
