[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide I.T. server network isolated communication controls project services for Improve network security concerns, provide improved control and monitoring of environmental conditions, improve occupant comfort and energy efficiency, and to migrate the control systems towards an open environment to accommodate current generation value added applications and improve the competitive position for future upgrades, system software shall be based on a server/thin client architecture, designed around the open standards of web technology, the control system server shall be accessed using a Web browser over the control system network, the owner's local area network, and (at the owner's discretion) over the internet, system shall use the protocol for communication to the operator workstation or web server and N2 field bus for communication between control modules. I/O points, schedules, setpoints, trends to the government authority located in Fairfield, CT.
(2) A site meeting will be held on September 25, 2019.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than October 7, 2019.
