[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide graphic design services for prepare and meet with the team to present at least three different mock-up layouts with different color and layouts.
- An envelope for mailing the Annual Report, as well as an invitation and envelope for the Annual
meeting should be designed according to the theme selected.
- We are looking for an all-inclusive price for the design work of all pieces that will go with the
Annual Report and Annual Meeting
- The designer, together with the team will brainstorm the most appropriate and effective additional marketing materials to be distributed to go along with the Annual Report theme.
- Produce initial version to present for collaboration and make changes as needed.
- Use brand and style guide.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
