[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide yearbook photography services for senior portraits for the Nutmeg Yearbook, involves advertising, scheduling, taking portraits and forwarding required pictures and information to the Nutmeg Yearbook Staff.
- responsible for coordinating all their activities with and through the Nutmeg Yearbook Staff
- supply the photographer with a list of the Seniors and their permanent addresses
- photographer and that company’s marketing consultants to increase senior portrait turn out and parent advertisements
- The Nutmeg yearbook retains the right to examine the proofs to determine if the studio
has correctly identified each student photographed and approve same
- Conduct one on-campus workshop and seminar on yearbook photography and photojournalistic techniques, available each year during the course of the production of the yearbook
- The photography company will be responsible for advertising senior portraits in a medium acceptable to the Nutmeg Yearbook in addition to the mailing.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 8, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Onsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
