[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide digital image correlation system for ability to accomplish the tasks set forth, digital cameras, a specialized mounting system, lighting, and software, ability to write custom image analysis formulas, ability to write custom image acquisition rates based on signal input, timer, or real time strain measurement, image acquisition control, ability to export point cloud data, ability to export images in tiff or other full-information format, ability to expand/add-on capabilities in future.
(2) All questions must be submitted in writing no later than March 26, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
