[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide volunteer management and hosting system database will seamlessly interact with our volunteer website to function as an intuitive and promotional tool to efficiently recruit volunteers,
- volunteer recruitment and management system will be delivered as a secure Software as a Service (SaaS) solution,
- Allow for various statewide levels of data access and data management,
- Allow for individual and group volunteer user accounts,
- Active records for at least 10,000 volunteers with room to grow,
- Inactive volunteer records archived and retained for an agreed upon period of time,
- The system must allow for recruitment by enabling staff administrators to post volunteer position descriptions, provide for direct electronic responses to these advertisements, and the ability for staff to search the system’s database of volunteer applications,
- The system must track details for specific opportunities or projects, volunteer profiles, registrations, the movement of volunteers across,
- The system should allow for easy administrative navigation to add or remove multiple volunteers to an opportunity and also the ability to easily update volunteer records through a cascading system,
- Internet users must be able to access the site through standard browsers, web interfaces and mobile browsers including but not limited the current and future versions of Microsoft Explorer, Safari, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, iOS and Android.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 19, 2019.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
