[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide smart cards and related services for students, faculty and staff located at its Storrs, regional campuses and potentially, also interested in considering a long‐term supply relationship for such cards and other smart cards to support its transition to a more secure environment for its faculty, staff and students, the one card not only serves as a primary
university identification, but also acts as a card to allow for access to access‐controlled areas as well as debit‐balance card for students’ funds, which can then be used as a form of payment at various local retail establishments to the government authority located in Storrs, CT.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 14, 2019.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
