[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide FileNet upgrade consulting services with constant knowledge transfer to
University personnel to the government authority located in Storrs, CT.
- Migrate documents and data from AIX servers to Linux servers
- Upgrade and reconfigure content navigator on WebSphere in the development, stage and production environments.
- Maintain the integrity of ICN security (Admin, Folders, documents, other)
- Maintain the integrity of existing folder structures.
- Upgrade Data cap in the Development, Stage and Production environments.
- UConn staff will shadow the technical resource and will observe and document upgrade tasks
and procedures.
- The technical consultant will observe UConn perform the upgrade of a single system other
than production.
- Perform typical project management tasks.
- Maintain and provide effective communication and updates on status and issues.
(2) All written questions must be submitted no later than December 19, 2018.
(3) A contract term will be for two years.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
