[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide professional consultant to perform grant writing and management services for preparation and management of a 2019 small cities community development block grant.
- Prepare letters of intent, pre-applications and applications for submittal to the department of housing.
- Provide liaison to DOH and other governmental agencies as needed.
- Prepare reports fiscal, compliance and program progress, etc. as needed.
- Assist Town agencies and departments with establishment and oversight of necessary records, record-keeping, and procedures for compliance with all administrative, fiscal and legal requirements of the program.
- Participate in administrative and public meetings dealing with the grant and program.
- Provide administrative services as needed to ensure compliance and provide other administrative services including attendance at job meetings; preparation of minutes as needed; sign off on change orders, etc.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
