[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide retail investor bond sale services to help us with the sale of mini-green bonds to retail investors in state to enable these investors to share in the green bank’s mission, programs, and transactions, an ideal partner would help us structure the offering and present solutions related to underwriting, marketing, and distribution, with an eye toward the creation of an online platform beyond this initial sale to the government authority located in Rocky Hill, CT.
- To develop and implement strategies that bring down the cost of clean energy in order to make it more accessible and affordable to consumers, reduce reliance on grants, rebates, and other subsidies and move towards innovative low-cost financing of clean energy deployment, selected partner must be able to guide the Green Bank through the process of structuring the offering, provide capital market guidance and pricing, as well as assist in the development and execution of successful lead generation and bond sale conversion strategies and partner will need to provide a solution for custody, clearance, settlement, payment of coupons, and general administration of the bond.
- Selected partner will be responsible for all aspects of the transaction (bond sale) including, but not limited to, creation and management of a digital retail environment or customer portal, processing and fulfilment of submitted orders, and the proper administration of all compliance-related activities required by federal and state authorities.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than December 20, 2018.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
