Vendor needs to provide environmental consultant services on an as needed basis for work related to a broad range of environmental issues to the government authority located in Danbury, CT.
- Services to identify, quantify and prepare abatement plans and specifications for asbestos-containing, lead-based paint and radon materials in existing buildings, services to perform indoor air sampling and reporting, record keeping and reporting services, as warranted, services necessary to assist the city in complying with federal and state laws and regulations in connection with operating and maintaining city owned and operated facilities, as well as in connection with capital improvements and services related to hazardous materials management.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
