(1) Vendor needs to provide customer information system including reporting and tools, mobile field service, web self-service and optionally a customer relationship management.
- Customer awareness continues to develop and implement multi-pronged approaches to ascertain and measure customer services levels, expectations and needs,
- Provide integrated customer service in a timely, courteous and responsive manner that is adaptable to changing customer needs and priorities, including communication channels selected by each customer,
- Implement industry-leading billing, media communication and other service deployment technologies that improve experience with the Utility while improving cost efficiency.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 10, 2018.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
