[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide consumer engagement coordinator services to.
- Demonstrated consumer issues and barriers to achieving optimal health
- Grass roots community outreach, including outreach and hard to reach groups
- Providing administrative support to a volunteer board or committee
- Demonstrated knowledge of cultural sensitivity either through personal experience or training
- Develop and implement a multi-channel communication and engagement plan that incorporates in-person and web strategies,
- Coordinate communication and activities between consumer representatives across OHS Units: SIM, HIT, HSP, HCC
- Implement a process review of selected OHS information materials relating to SIM, HIT, HSP and the HCC to ensure that information is accessible to all consumers, and linguistically and culturally relevant
- pre and post surveys, collection of demographic information, summaries and reports.
- Assist in developing tools and work products such as videos or publications targeting consumers to apply the learnings from consumer engagement activities
- develop web and social media communication infrastructure, twitter, face book, and other social media platforms as means to promote and message information and support a bi-directional dialogue between the CAB and other OHS work streams.
(2) Contract period will be for one year.

- Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
