[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide automated jury management system for increase efficiency and productivity by providing prompt, accurate and professionally conveyed information both internally, allow the judicial branch to upload the jury master file into the system, ability to respond to the entire summons online, ability to submit disqualification requests through an automated and online process, allow for communication options for jurors to communicate with jury, ability to register for reminders of their appearance data via email, ability to enter and verify their personal data online, ability to print walk-in instruction forms, ability to log telephone calls and add comments electronically, ability to postpone and confirm appearance dates in real time and ability to enter, process and retrieve information for a variety of reasons.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 6, 2018.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
