- Advice and counsel the assessor or her designee in administering assessment appeals brought to superior court
- Be available as needed to consult on the appeal process
- Assist with the appeal process
- Advise the town assessor on legal requirements as needed
- All other matters typically associated with assessment appeals and other services as may be directed by the assessor, etc.to the government authority located in Glastonbury, CT.
(2) The contract term will be for one year.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
