[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide delinquent collection services to prepare and implement a comprehensive annual collection plan on assigned accounts in accordance with fair debt collection practices that continues current collection efforts with minimal interruption and additionally enhances collections on delinquent motor vehicle accounts and parking tickets, to operate a scofflaw vehicle identification program resulting in the booting and occasional towing of vehicles to incentivize collection on delinquent motor vehicle taxes and parking tickets to the government authority located in Waterbury, CT.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than April 18, 2018.
(3) A contract period will be for three years.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
