(1) Vendor needs to provide third party administration services for workers' compensation claims to examine all claims reported and determine if the claim is compensable, obtain and review all medical reports and medical bills related to the claim, calculate the disability compensation rate, establish and maintain accurate case reserves for indemnity, medical, and allocated claims expenses.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 18, 2017.
