[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide municipal advisory services in connection with the city’s debt and capital investment programs including advise on methods of bond sales, assist in developing capital financing plans for equipment and other assets, prepare preliminary and final official statements in conjunction with bond counsel and assist participant in evaluating the investment of bond proceeds (where applicable) for construction fund, debt service, fund, escrow, etc to the government authority located in Norwich, CT.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 18, 2017.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
