[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide governmental contract accounting and auditing services cost recovery audits of exhibiting income, forensic audits, bail bondsmen auditing and expense lease agreements which have been entered into by agencies of the state to the government authority located in Hartford, CT.
- Provide governmental contract accounting services expertise on a request basis to various client agencies.
- Develop recommendations to improve accounting control and to increase efficiency of processes.
- Make recommendations that address the revision of general business practices, including but not limited to profit and loss reporting.
- Establish procedures that enable client agencies to accurately set rates for services offered to other organizations
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 18, 2021.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
