Vendor needs to provide financial advisory services to the issuance of debt and the maintenance of the town’s credit rating to the government authority located in Farmington, CT.
- Assist in assembling the financing team
- Review the town’s existing capital financing plans, evaluate alternatives, and assist with the coordination of those plans or assist with the development of new, separate financing plans
- Design and conduct sales for the town including on-line sales should the town decide to use on-line competitive auctions for competitive marketing of debt issues
- Recommend timing of bond sales
- Identify tasks, responsibilities, and dates for completing activities leading up to bond sales
- Design or actively participate in the design of debt structure
- Provide-assistance on investment of bond proceeds
- Advise when opportunities arise to refinance existing town debt
- Provide advice related to compliance with arbitrage regulations

Onshore (USA organization Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
