[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide public address system to the government authority located in Woodbridge, CT.
- Central control either secured at back of the stage with UPS backup battery or portable with a secured storage solution
- Speakers
- Eight microphone, wired six and wireless two, one for the podium another for public comment and others on tables for town agencies
- XLR feed for TV camera
- Ethernet connection to town network for our TV camera and laptop  
(2) A pre-bid meeting will be held on February 19, 2021.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than February 28, 2021.

Onshore (USA organization Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
