Vendor needs to provide website design and hosting and applicable services using content management system.
- Includes all components necessary for design and hosting.
- Sufficient bandwidth and data transfer.
- Includes an intuitive publishing platform for making changes and updates to the site and feeds.
- Includes app development for iOS and Android apps.
- Mobile app should not just be a collection of links to the website, but also include native functionality.
- The district expects to be involved in the Apple and Google developer process for submitting the app to the respective digital storefronts.
- Includes existing content migration.
- Ability to post to feeds that go to the website, app, push notifications and social media.
- Twitter integration.
- Module to display staff at all locations with photo, web and social link, extension, department, position, etc.
- Includes unlimited ongoing support after website and app launch for issues and questions that arise.
- Includes unlimited voice, text, email, etc. messages
- Ability to sign up for things like Adult Ed courses online.
- Pay for courses, test fees, Chromebook insurance, etc. securely online with credit and debit cards.
- Have the ability to set prices, but also for users to set custom amounts they’d like to pay.
- Ability to send out feeds, etc. directly from a mobile device.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
