[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide attorneys/law firms to serve as real estate counsel for the housing authority in all aspects of acquisition, development, financing and operation of multifamily housing, including senior housing and affordable housing to the government authority located in Connecticut.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than March 3, 2021
(3) A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held om February 23, 2021

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
