(1) Vendor needs to provide school construction strategic planning services for evaluating school facilities and making such recommendations and reports as to renovations of existing school buildings and new school building construction to the government authority located in Norwich, CT.
-Provide recommendations as to what schools should be closed, as well as what schools should be renovated based upon the data compiled,
- Conduct a survey of property in the city of and identify and recommend site(s) for new school construction,
- Prepare a strategic facilities plan, complete with a recommended sequencing timeline of school construction for new construction or improvements or some combination of both.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 17,2021.
