(1) Vendor needs to provide reputation management solution to compile, manage and publish reviews from a variety of sources including press ganey.
- This will improve our position on the web search engine operation as well as our patient experience
- We need the platform to push out request for customer to leave reviews on Google, Facebook and other 3rd party sites that are integrated into the system
(2) All question must be submitted no later than February 3, 2021.
