(1) Vendor needs to provide legal counsel services to the authority in drafting, reviewing and advising the authority in management of its bylaws, procedures, contracts and leases, as well as reviewing, drafting and negotiating documentation necessary to carry out the authority’s business functions to the government authority located in Hartford, CT.
