[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide employee benefits consultant services to the government authority located in Hartford, CT.
- Provide staff with options and support necessary to implement a comprehensive wellness program,
- Assist staff with long-term planning on cost containment and new plan designs for the under-65 retiree population,
- Assist staff with strategic thinking and long-term planning for executive compensation, life insurance, and other employee benefits,
- Coordinate and review necessary demographic data for marketing,
- Provide a disruption analysis relative to the provider, pharmacy, hospital, and appropriate other vendor networks,
- Develop strategies for implementation of new benefit programs to employees through two-way communication and educational programs. Assist employees in decisions related to their employee benefits during open enrollment.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 27,2021.
(3) A contract term will be for three years.

Onshore (US Organizations Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
