[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide occupational and physical therapy services for licensed, certified and qualified occupational therapists and physical therapists without delay to fill the immediate and changing needs of the District both in school and in-home settings to the government authority located in Fairfield, CT.
- The occupational therapists and physical therapists will work under the guidance or direction of the Executive Director of Special Education and Special Programs or his/her designee
- immediately provide substitutes for staff who are absent and provide in-service professional development and relevant occupational therapy and physical therapy materials to Fairfield staff and parents.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
