[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide information technology consulting and strategic plan implementation services to assist in the implementation of upgrades, systems restructuring and other information technology initiatives, to serve as an information and consulting source for current events in the rapidly changing information technology environment and to provide related consulting and technical support to the government authority located in Hartford, CT.
- Implement Microsoft LAPS and Tiered Active Directory Structure
- Address Internet and Network Connectivity at Main Office in Support of Hosted Infrastructure
- Migrate Server Infrastructure to Managed Data Center Solution
- Configure Network Segmentation and Re-Architect Remote Site Connectivity
- Implement Training Program for IT Staff
- Implement Retention Strategy for Files & Email
- Implement Service Desk Platform- Asset Management, Ticketing, Remote Support Management,
and Patch Management
- Create Business Continuity Management Program and Incident Response Plan
- Create Written Information Security Program
- Implement Single Sign On, Password Management, and Self-Service Password Reset
- Investigate Document Management Solution and Process for Paper to Digital Migration
- Implement Vehicle GPS Tracking Devices
- Assess and anticipate potentially unidentified technology projects and recommend appropriate action and resources
- Assist in the planning and implementation of strategic and tactical goals, policies, and procedures for the IT department.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 21, 2021.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
