Government Authority located in Fairfield, Connecticut; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for fire station alerting system.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide fire station alerting system which delivers voice alerting, tone alerting, light relay activation and turnout timers at eleven (11) fire/EMS stations; with future expansion of up to 25 fire/EMS stations to be activated from the dispatch center,
- Include detailed descriptions of system design, required equipment and software, programming, installation if included, system configuration, system start-up, testing, final acceptance and training of telecommunicators on the new system,
- The current system can generate unique tones for specific call types within the stations,
- A unit refers to the apparatus: fire engine, fire truck, and special response vehicle, or command vehicle, ambulance, etc. to the government authority located in Fairfield, CT.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on January 12, 2021.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than January 14, 2021.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
